What is Gymnastics for All?

Gymnastics for All (GfA) is a recreational program that teaches the fundamental basics of the sport in a fun and enjoyable way.

It is especially suitable for beginners and is mostly ‘non-competitive’.

Instead, gymnasts work through our badge scheme and in-house events such as the club championships and end of year show.

Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. For safety, it's best to avoid clothing with zippers or buttons. You are welcome to wear leotards though it's not compulsory.

We ask that parents and carers stay outside of the training area during classes. This is for safety reasons and we find children concentrate better when there are less people in it.

If you think your child may need extra support to join the class please contact us so that we can make sure we have enough coaches present in the session.
