Gymnastics parties are a fantastic way to keep children active and entertained.
Our gym is exclusively yours and is perfect for keeping children supervised safely.
Party guests will get to experience all of the apparatus including the inflatable air track, gymnastics bars, beam and soft play equipment.
Once the fun has happened in the gym, you’ll make your way to the party room for refreshments and cake.

We can currently offer slots at Camberwell Leisure Centre on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. Please note that all parties are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Why have a party at Synergy?
Gymnastics parties offer something different from the usual soft play, bowling or house party.
What to expect at a Synergy party
Party Length: 1 Hour 45 minutes. The first 60 – 75 minutes are spent in the fully equipped gym with the remaining time in the party room for refreshments.
Coaches: Are on hand to supervise the children in the gym, play games and keep the children safe.
Refreshments: Parties are self catered. You bring the food and drink and we provide a room for the guests to enjoy.
For our younger guests (five and under) we also include our Tiny Gym setup which includes Soft Play, Bouncy Castle and mini versions of the gymnastics apparatus.
Our qualified coaches are on hand to provide safety supervision and guidance. If there are particular activities or requirements that you would like setup eg a Somersault Activity Station, please let us know when you complete the online booking form.

FAQs
We have put together answers to common questions that we receive about our gymnastics parties.
Yes, you can arrive up to half an hour beforehand to decorate and setup food and drink in the party room. Please check the table below for the specific party slots and their setup times:
- Camberwell Saturday 3.30-5.15pm. Setup party room from 3pm
- Camberwell Sunday 2.45-4.30pm. Setup party room from 2.15pm
Coaches are on hand to supervise the safe use of equipment and play games as required. The team are happy to respond to any requests during the party so don’t worry if you are unsure what the children would like. The team will keep them engaged, busy and having fun for the duration. The team will chaperone the children between the gym and the party room and assist with any needs whilst the group are having refreshments.
Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. For safety, it's best to avoid clothing with zippers or buttons. You are welcome to wear leotards though it's not compulsory.
Yes, parents/carers are welcome to stay throughout the party.
Unfortunately Alcohol is not allowed on any of the premises we run parties at the request of the building management.
Our venue for Gymnastics Parties is Camberwell Leisure Centre, making it easily accessible to host a gymnastics party from Peckham, Brixton, Walworth Road, Bermondsey, Dulwich, Old Kent Road and beyond. There is a small car park and Denmark Hill Station is less than 10 minutes walk away. Bus stops in Camberwell Green serve most directions across south and central London.
